Welcome to Blocky Ball X!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Blocky Ball X ("the Game") provided by Lange Studios LLS ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Game.

1. Account Registration

1.1 The Game is suitable for all ages. By creating an account and playing the Game, you certify that you are allowed to play without any age restrictions.

1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

1.3 You may not transfer or sell your account to any other individual or party without our prior written consent.

2. User Conduct

2.1 While using the Game, you agree not to:

b) Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others;

c) Interfere with or disrupt the Game's servers or networks;

d) Use cheats, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage;

e) Use the Game for commercial purposes without our express consent;

f) Impersonate any person or entity, including our representatives;

g) Engage in any activity that could adversely affect other users' experience.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

3.1 The Game, including all content, graphics, and code, is the intellectual property of Lange Studios LLS and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Game without our prior written consent.

4. User Content

4.1 You may have the option to submit or share user-generated content in the Game. By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display that content for purposes related to the Game.

4.2 You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not violate any third-party rights or any applicable laws.

5. In-Game Purchases

5.1 The Game may offer in-game virtual items or currency for purchase. All purchases are final, non-refundable, and subject to the terms of the platform's app store or marketplace.

6. Termination

6.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Game, with or without cause, at any time and without notice.

6.2 Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

7.1 The Game is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game.

9. Amendments

9.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms, and your continued use of the Game constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
